My approach to working with you is to deliver a comprehensive fitness assessment to determine your goals, any compensations, and to provide a baseline starting point to track your progress.
Training sessions are in one hour increments. I provide and on site private studio and one-on-one personal training that includes program design that will focus on your needs and goals.
In addition to hands on instruction and education of movements, what to do, how to do it, why you’re doing, along with basic nutritional and supplemental information to enhance your program.
